Who are we?

We are a small group of people varying in age from early twenties to mid sixties so we have a wide spread of experience, capabilities and aims in life.  One thing we all have in common is our enthusiastic attitude to keeping fit.

We do that in many ways.  Some of use go to the gym and use weighs and machines every week.  Others go running, rowing, cycling, play tennis and other sports, join in dance exercise classes, pilates, yoga, life coaching courses, aerobics and a whole lot more.

Good nutrition is a frequent topic around the office.  We compare our individual diets and discuss the benefits we get from the right foods and fitness supplements.

In fact we are truly enthusiastic about what we do.  It excites us and we love life.  We are fit enough to do whatever we want.  Poor physical condition does not hinder us.  That is our goal for you.

Our fitness consultant has achieved international standards as an athlete and passes on his knowledge in the articles on our blog pages.  He also advises people with serious health conditions about how they can get fit and maintain a good level of fitness.
