Free Guts, Butts And Thighs Classes For Students

Drop the excuses – these classes are free

We can all find excuses not to go to the gym and do a workout but perhaps students think they have special reasons not to exercise.  After all, their study schedules are too busy; aren’t they?  And they can’t afford to keep fit. Or can they?

They can keep fit if it is free

That is just what the Daily Titan reports is now on offer to these students:

Students and staff can come to one of the various classes offered from Monday to Sunday until the end of the semester. The classes are designed to offer the most flexibility for staff and students with several of the classes starting from 6:30 a.m. ranging to 8:30 p.m. The classes include yoga, pilates, Zumba as well as a variation, Zumba Toning. In addition, there is Titan Cycle, cardio kickboxing, abs and more, Guts, Butts and Thighs and martial arts. The SRC also has a rock climbing wall, a dojo and a cardio studio.

The SRC which is located near the State College Parking Structure, is free to students. Students pay their membership fees for the SRC as part of their campus fees included into tuition. Yanitza Berrios, who is a sophomore biology major, said she enjoyed the cardio kickboxing class she attended for the first time on a drop-in basis.

Now these students can mix their study with exercise classes so – cut the excuses and keep fit.
